Tomatillo Salsa

BT's Fresh Tomatillo Salsa


Ingredients:

2 medium sized tomatillos

1/2 red onion

1 cayenne chili pepper

1 small bunch of fresh cilantro

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon sugar

1 lime


Directions:

Dice tomatillos into small cubes

Dice red onion into cubes the same size as the tomatillo

Add salt, sugar and lime juice

Finely chop cilantro and add to the mix

Refrigerate
